Rachel Luna
Rachel Luna, a business transactional attorney, enjoys helping her clients efficiently work through their legal issues, such as those involving contracts, employees, policies, and the formation or acquisition of a company. Prior to opening her own practice, Rachel spent six years as a litigator and twelve years as General Counsel for a national organization that had more than 8,000 employees and several affiliated small businesses. Drawing on this experience, Rachel considers issues from many perspectives, which allows her to provide support on a strategic as well as an operational level. She cultivates relationships with her clients, based on a foundation of common understanding and trust, in order to provide guidance that is appropriate to their goals and risk tolerance.
Rachel and her husband, Lance, have lived in Austin for more than 25 years. They spend their free time spoiling their dog, Mojo, traveling, attending local festivals, as well as frequenting local businesses. Additionally, Rachel is an avid jogger, national parks enthusiast, and amateur photographer.
